Dear Guests,
The purpose of these regulations is to ensure the best possible service, safety, and comfort of both campers and the business.
Entry to and stay at the Camping premises implies the automatic acceptance of the following rules and policies.

Entrance, Check-in & Check-out
• All campers and visitors are required to report to the reception desk for check-in and check-out on the day of arrival and departure.
• Check in hours: 09:00 – 21:00
• Upon arrival at the Camping, campers and visitors must present a valid passport or identity card and provide all necessary information required for the check-in procedure, ensuring that the check-in form is completed accurately.
• All persons staying at the camping, as well as all camping vehicles and cars, must be registered at the reception upon arrival, in accordance with applicable legislation. Registration is mandatory for safety, control, and legal compliance purposes.
• Camping pitches are assigned exclusively by authorized Camping staff. Changing pitches is only permitted after approval by the Management.
• For tents, the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 p.m., and departure may take place until 2:00 p.m. without additional charge. If the pitch is vacated but departure occurs after 2:00 p.m., a day-use fee per person applies, according to the price list.
• For motorhomes, both pitch vacating and departure must take place by 12:00 p.m., as these vehicles cannot be parked outside
a designated camping pitch.
• Late check-out with continued use of the pitch is allowed only upon agreement with the reception and is subject to:
50% of the overnight rate for departure up to 6:00 p.m.
100% of the overnight rate for departure after 6:00 p.m.
• Any change in the number of persons or camping units must be declared immediately at the reception. Any additional person will be charged accordingly.
• VISITS BY NON-CAMPERS ARE PERMITTED ONLY WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL AND UNTIL 11:00 P.M.
Campers may host visitors only in the café or restaurant areas, not at camping pitches.
If visitors wish to spend the day within the Camping premises, a day-use fee per person applies.

Electricity Usage
• At check-in, campers must declare the use of any high-consumption electrical appliances such as refrigerators, fans, air conditioners, cooking plates, or ovens. Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and cameras are not subject to electricity charges.
• Power adapters (from industrial sockets to Schuko plugs and vice versa) are available at the reception. A €20 cash deposit is required for their use, which will be refunded upon the return of the adapter.
• The use of extension cables inside camping units (tents, caravans, etc.) is prohibited unless electricity use for appliances beyond phones, tablets, laptops, and cameras has been declared.
• If an extension cable is found in a tent or camper without declaration, it is assumed that high-consumption appliances are in use, and electricity charges will be applied retroactively from the date of arrival, according to the price list.
• Any use of appliances beyond those permitted without notifying the reception will be charged starting from the arrival date.
• Campers wishing to use electricity must take all necessary precautions to ensure safe usage and not endanger the electrical network or camping operations.
• Campers bear full responsibility for the safe and proper use of any additional electrical equipment (power strips, extension cords, cables, etc.).
• The use of non-approved power strips, adapters, or improvised extensions is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
• Charging electric vehicles using the camping’s electrical network is strictly prohibited.
• Each pitch provides a 10A electrical supply. Simultaneous use of multiple high-consumption appliances exceeding this capacity is not permitted. Overloading automatically truns off the breaker.
• The camper is responsible for managing electricity consumption within the limits of the provided supply.
In cases of overload or repeated power interruptions due to misuse, the Camping reserves the right to:
◦ temporarily disconnect the power supply, or
◦ require a reduction in connected appliances, or
◦ relocate the camper without refund.
◦ price  adjustment
• The electricity supply at the campsite is intended for basic, reasonable use, such as lighting, charging devices, operating a small camping refrigerator, and limited use of small electrical appliances (e.g. portable cooking hobs or a small oven).
• The use of multiple high-consumption appliances at the same time or extensively (e.g., oven, induction hobs, domestic fridge-freezer), or the use of a number of devices exceeding the intended use of a single pitch (e.g., 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 air conditioners) is not covered and is considered excessive use. In such cases, an additional charge or a second electricity connection may apply, subject to consultation with management.

Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Campers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at their pitch.
• Upon departure, campers must remove all personal belongings and equipment. The Camping Management and staff

In particular, during the late afternoon and around sunset, increased insect activity may be observed due to natural environmental conditions.
